Lauren Silby is an experienced architect with over fifteen years experience working within the residential sector in London and Surrey. Since the conception of Lauren Silby Studio in January 2023 Lauren has led the fit-out of a prestigious residential development on Eaton Square in London for a private client. The project comprises the full refurbishment and fit-out of two, six-storey townhouses and adjoining Mews houses.

Prior to Lau Design Studio, and since qualifying as an architect in 2012 from the University of Nottingham, Lauren has gained experience delivering a number of high-end residential and heritage projects from conception to completion, at Marek Wojciechowski Architects, MSMR Architects and Formation Architects in London. With a particular focus on technical design and construction delivery, Laurens work has included the redevelopment and refurbishment of a number of residential properties and listed buildings, comprising complex servicing strategies and high-end specifications. Projects have included one-off family dwellings to multi-unit schemes for private clients, property developers and London Estates. 

Lauren is also a Part 3 Oral Examiner at the University of Westminster.
